Menopause Taylor’s Preparation:
Menopause Taylor will prepare in advance for your consultation. Her preparation will include the following:
She will invite you to send as much information as you wish to her so that she can incorporate it into the consultation. You may also send any previous labs, mammogram results, bone density results, or tests that you’d like her to take into consideration. Include lists of any medications, vitamins, supplements, and herbs that you take.
None of this is a requirement. It’s just that the more data she has, the more complete the consultation will be. She will need anything you are going to send at least 4 days before your consultation.
She’ll get busy creating a document that gives you the background education on all the issues you wish to address, and she’ll weave all your personal details into it. She’ll send it to you by email at least 24 hours before your session. That way, you’ll have time to read it before your session, and you’ll make great headway during your consultation.
Please be prepared for your consultation. This means that you should do all of the following:
1. Send all materials (your life story, your menopause issues, labs,
mammogram results, bone density results, etc.) to Menopause Taylor at least 4 days in advance of your session. 2. When you receive the document that Menopause Taylor sends you via email
at least 24 hours before your session, acknowledge receipt. 3. Read the entire document before the session. 4. Situate yourself in a still, quiet, private place for the consultation.
II. Follow-Up Consultations
Please refrain from sending any email correspondence to Menopause Taylor other than the items designated in this protocol. She will not respond to any email messages regarding menopause issues.
Imagine a situation in which every woman with whom Menopause Taylor has a consultation forgets to ask her something … and they each send an email afterward asking one simple little question. And a few days later, they have another … so they send another email.
Her entire day would be spent answering one email after another. She’d never get anything else done. Not only that, she wouldn’t have their record in front of her or have the opportunity to consider their whole picture. And, what if she got two women confused and answered one incorrectly? Plus, all your information would be floating around in individual emails rather than collected in a proper record.
Rules and Regulations (for things that come up from time to time for which you need her counsel):
Compile all the forgotten questions, new questions, and new issues over a period of time. Then, when you want to address them, schedule a consultation that is long enough to cover them all. Send her all your questions and issues in advance so that she can address them all adequately. Otherwise, you can schedule a consultation for each and every thing that arises. Either way, she enjoys helping you. She just absolutely cannot do it via email. Please do not send emails in addition to making your list of topics. Confine the process to one in which you collect your questions and issues, set up a consultation, and then send them all to her at once.

III. Going Over-time
Sometimes, the allotted time is simply not enough to cover all the things that inadvertently come up during a consultation. In creating the document and sending it to you beforehand, Menopause Taylor’s goal is to avoid this problem.
However, it’s common (and understandable) that once you get into your discussion, more issues will arise. So, if it happens that you need more time for your session, you have options:
1. If neither you nor Menopause Taylor has a time constraint, you can continue
the session and she can send you an invoice for the overtime. Each 15- minutes overtime is $60.00. A full hour overtime is $200.
2. If you or Menopause Taylor has a time constraint, you will end the session and you can schedule additional time by booking another appointment on her website or emailing Ioana at email@example.com.
3. If you prefer to end the session before covering all the material, you may do so and then schedule additional time by booking another appointment on the website or emailing Ioana at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IV. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that occur 48-72 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable and can be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations that occur 25-47 hours before the scheduled session are not refundable but can be rescheduled. A $60 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the session are not refundable but can be rescheduled. A $100 cancellation fee will apply.
You must pay the penalty fees prior to your consultation.
