I have designed this slide chart to simplify complex situations that may arise in the context of your menopause management.
Use it in conjunction with my book to identify and manage risks for specific and overlapping diseases. If you’re at risk for one disease, certain management options reduce that risk. However, if you’re at risk for another disease, a different set of management options is best.
If you’re at risk for more than one disease, the slide chart simplifies the conflicts and confusion by giving you all the options for reducing your risks.
