Collecting and Connecting the Dots

Everything you learn about menopause constitutes a dot of information. After collecting the dots, your brain naturally tries to make sense of information by connecting the dots. So it’s really important to collect facts rather than fiction. And it’s really important to know the difference between fact and fiction. Most importantly, it’s critical to connect the dots that are factual & omit the dots that are fictional. In this video, I’ll demonstrate the different ways you connect the dots depending on how you get your menopause education.

Please try the following to resolve any errors:

a. Web browsers store temporary files in a “cache” to speed up page loading. Refreshing your cache ensures you see the most recent and accurate version of a webpage. Instructions for Chrome and Safari (Windows and Mac OS) are as follows:

a. If you're experiencing an error while using Google Chrome, try opening your questionnaire on a different browser (Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox).

1. A screen recording (preferable) or screenshot of the error

2. The browser and type of device you're using
