You can schedule a one or two hour consultation* using our online scheduling process. Dr. Taylor is not available at any times other than those shown on the calendar.
*Your online consultation will end five minutes before the hour for Dr. Taylor to complete her notes.
5. Can I schedule a consultation for someone else?
- You can only schedule a consultation for yourself, and your consultation can not be used to discuss someone else’s health issues.

6. What is the earliest I can see Dr. Taylor if I need an urgent consultation?
- You may choose an urgent consultation during our scheduling process. This will involve submitting your questionnaire within two days of purchase.
- The earliest you can meet with Dr. Taylor will be two weeks from the date of purchase, subject to availability.

Dr. Taylor works independently of insurance companies and health savings accounts so as to provide you with a complete and unbiased education, so she does not accept third-party payments

1. Why do I have to submit a questionnaire when I purchase my consultation?
The questionnaire is the best place to ensure that all your information is in one place. This enables Dr. Taylor to address each of your questions methodically in the Taylored Gynecologic Handbook she provides before your consultation.
2. Can I view the questionnaire before I purchase my consultation?
Because the questionnaire forms part of the complete consultation process, it is not available without a purchased consultation.
3. Are labs mandatory for a consultation?
There are no mandatory labs. But Dr. Taylor will only address the information you include in your consultation. Therefore, if you wish to address any labs, you must provide them in the questionnaire.
4. How do I submit my lab and/or test results?
- You must upload them to the questionnaire directly.
- It’s not possible to send information via email.
5. When is my questionnaire due?
- If you schedule an Urgent Consultation, you have two days from the date of purchase to submit your completed questionnaire.
- If you schedule a Non-Urgent Consultation, you have up to 16 days before your consultation to submit your completed questionnaire.
6. What happens if I don’t submit my questionnaire by the deadline?
- Your consultation automatically cancels.
- If you wish to reschedule, you will have three days (72 hours) from the date of cancellation to reschedule your consultation for a $100 Rescheduling Fee.

This is a document that Dr. Taylor creates specifically for you using the information you provide in your questionnaire. It gives you the entire menopause education and tailors it all to your specific situation.

Dr. Taylor will send you your handbook seven days before your consultation.
3. Where do I find my Taylored Gynecologic Handbook?
You will receive your Taylored Gynecologic Handbook via email, and you will be able to access it via your Menopause Taylor account.

Dr. Taylor will be happy to address your concerns during the consultation.

- You will need a laptop or desktop computer or a portable device such as a mobile phone or tablet equipped with a built-in webcam and a recent internet browser.
- Your consultation will take place on Zoom, which will automatically open in your browser.
3. How should I prepare my environment for the consultation?
- You will receive specific instructions along with your consultation confirmation email.
- Choose a quiet, private place with excellent WiFi where you can sit still for your consultation without interruption.
- Be sure your device (computer, iPad, or phone) is completely stable so that it cannot move.
4. Can I present new information during the consultation?
During the consultation, Dr. Taylor will only discuss information that you have provided in your questionnaire. Should you need to change your questionnaire before the consultation, an administration fee will apply. Please note, there is a deadline for doing so.
5. What if I have questions after the consultation? Is there a way to correspond with Dr. Taylor via email or phone?
Dr. Taylor only corresponds with former consultation clients via follow-up consultations. She does not interact with clients via email, phone, or other forms of communication.
6. What happens if I miss my consultation?
Because Dr. Taylor allocated your consultation time to you, no other person could make use of it. You will need to schedule and purchase a follow-up consultation.
