Are you familiar with the 4-S Method of preventing Alzheimer’s? Probably not since I made it up! The 4 Ss are: Stress, Sleep, Social Interaction, and Sobriety. And in this video tutorial, I’ll teach you how they each contribute to your risk of Alzheimer’s individually as well as collectively. And I’ll tell you how to decrease your risk of Alzheimer’s by managing them.

a. If you're experiencing an error while using Google Chrome, try opening your questionnaire on a different browser (Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox).
